Spa Etiquette:  Please  leave  cell  phones off or in silent  mode to  preserve  the tranquility of your spa experience.

Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment,  it may end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled client.

We are unable to render spa services to clients accompanied by children. 

We reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.

Cancellation Policy:  If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment,  please allow 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for 25% of the service.

Payment Method Policy:  We gladly accept personal checks and cash  payments.  We however,  are unable to accept credit cards because the fees charged by the credit card companies are  prohibitive for a small  family  owned  business  like ours.  Gift certificates can be ordered on our website with any major credit card, please visit Gift Certificate page for details.

Returned Check Policy: We charge a $15 returned check fee.

All  Gift  Certificates  expire  after  one  year.      Great   majority  of  the   recipients  of  our  Gift Certificates use them almost  immediately.  However,  there may be a situation  where a certificate is not  being  used for various reasons therefore we need an expiration date policy for accounting purposes.
